We submit a rental appraisal for a 3-bedroom
villa ensuite, air conditioner and double garage
in the Cessnock area.
On surveying the area we believe a rent
achievable on a 3-br villa in the Cessnock area
would achieve $300.00 - $330.00 rent per week.
This appraisal was submitted on properties
renting in this area.
